Encarta Dictionary Research stoped working.

88 views and no one has this issue? Can anyone at least confirm it’s just me or is the site that Word uses down? Encarta Dictionary: English (North America) http://office.microsoft.com/Research/query.asmx

I don’t get it. The other Research Reference books come up fine and fast as always but not the Encarta North America or UK.

So, were you able to resolve this issue? I have the same problem.

It worked for some time but now it's not working again. Even in a new 2013 install its not working.
