Default how can you have the the number of a document sequentially increase - QR Bar code


how can you have the publication number of a document sequentially increase (single page document) based on the number of pages printed?

Also How can I get it to print with a bar code (code 39) or even better a QR code?

Here is what I would like it to look like, but as I print the Palt number would change 2,3,4 and so on
