Default

If you insert a cross-reference to a footnote or endnote with the 'inset as hyperlink' option chosen, the cross-reference will link back to the original footnote or endnote reference. Cross-references with the 'inset as hyperlink' option are not formatted as hyperlinks - they appear as normal cross-references (superscripted for footnotes & endnotes if you also choose the 'footnote/endnote number (formatted)' option)
