I want to research the possibility of reordering the contents of this dropdown menu, but I have no idea what is is called, and therefore I find myself unable to look for information about it.

Alright, since no-one seems to know what it's called, and I therefore can't find out my answer by referencing that information online. Maybe someone can help me with my question pertaining to this sub-menu.
I want to reorder the styles displayed in this sub-menu so that those I use most frequently are closest to the top. Can this be done? |

The menu in your screenshot doesn't seem to be brought up by right-click. Righ-click menu is usually called context menu.
