Default Showing all markup when viewing tracked changes in read mode

I recently "upgraded" from Word 2010 to 2019.

In Word 2010, when viewing a document with tracked changes in full-screen reading view, it shows all markup, including insertions, deletions, etc.

In Word 2019, when viewing a document with tracked changes in "read mode", it shows only vertical marks beside changed lines (i.e., "Simple markup"), even if the Review > Tracking > "Display for review" option is set as "All markup".

How can I set Word 2019 to show all markup (including insertions, deletions, etc.) in "read mode"?
