Default Issues creating a restaurant menu in MS Word

Hi, I'm having difficulties creating a resturant menu. I have tried a number of methods and I still end up with same issue. The text on all the pages is off centre by approx. 10mm.

I created my own templates either by using a two column table and text boxes, also using a rectangular shape with text boxes. it is a simple A4 Landscape which will display 4 A5 pages.

I downloaded a MS Word booklet template and amended the script and still the same issue. I have also changed printers. I tried centring the text using the alignment tool on the layout menu. On screen it is perfect but when printed the text is of centre.
