Hello!
I've been scouring the internet for help for this. I'm making a form for work--the form is going to have two purposes that require 90% of the same information. The goal is to have the last paragraph populate when Option A is selected and have it be blank/hidden if Option B is selected. I tried the one "how-to" on a Microsoft sponsored forum but it doesn't work. My code is correct but nothing happens when the option is selected everything matches up. I'm worried it has to do with the bookmark function but it's so simple that I don't believe I'm messing it up. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to make this work? I'm looking for any advice tutorials, etc. |

Without seeing your coding, no one here can give you a definitive answer. Try selecting the area that is supposed to have the different information and pressing the F9 or Fn+F9 key. These fields do not automatically reset.
You could give us a link to the "solution" you were using. Forums are just that, specific answers to specific questions. Your situation may be different. See also:
