Default Advanced Autocorrect

I would like to know, is it possible to use Autocorrect option for changing the sign(s) in the middle of the word(s).

For example
When I type sss, Autocorrect will change on β. But if I type Strassse, in that case Autocorrect does not change expected correction.
I solved this problem, so that I made macro...
Is it possible to solve this kind of problem with Autocorrect?

If somebody can help me, I would be grateful.
Thank you in advance.

Instead of depending on AutoCorrect, you could set a shortcut that explicitly inserts β. You can do that via the Insert > Symbol > More Symbols dialog box (where you may find that a shortcut has already been assigned).
