Thank you for a most informative response. I have browsed through the links and at first glance it looks like just what I need. As an engineer, I didn’t realise that the lawyers had a solution and name for it. To me, boiler plate is what you use to make a boiler. I will work through it and see how I get on, before asking more questions, which I am sure will come.
