Word 2010 - Styles pane has disappeared
Using Office 2010 on Win10, fully updated.
In trying to get my Styles pane to stay persistent, I docked it to the right edge. It still required a manual call-up each session. (If anyone knows a fix for this, so that the pane always appears as Navigation does, that would be great.) In dragging the pane right again, though, it disappeared, and absolutely nothing will bring it back. Clicked the expand button on the Styles ribbon; nothing. Hit Ctrl-Alt-Shift-S; nothing. Tried several forms of reset ribbon and menus to default; nothing. Word behaves as if the panel is there, but it's not. Any idea how to retrieve it or reset its position? Preferably short of reinstallation? Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 11-21-2019 at 08:12 PM. Reason: Mark as solved |
