There are Tabs along the top of the Ribbon. Take a look at the page I linked before.
Home | Insert | View ... I do not remember everything about the Starter edition, just that it was limited. In the bottom right corner of your screen there may also be icons for views. If you mouse over them, they will tell you what they are.

My top ribbon only includes "File", "Home". "Page Layout", and "Mailings".
The lower right corner dors not have a view option. Thank you.
