The first-page header/footer is a separate thing from the general header/footer. If you uncheck "different first page" you hide the first-page header and footer.
You can copy the content of your first-page header and then uncheck the option. Paste what you just copied into the header. Header/Footer Settings Recap How can I get a different header/footer on the second page? Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 10-14-2019 at 02:02 PM.
