Use a StyleRef Field field to replicate information from the body of a document to the header.

I suspect that you've specified the formatting in the Content Control properties rather than applied the formatting to the paragraph containing the content control.

Which of Greg's Content Control utilities? I suspect the second because it was the one recommended in the source thread and gives more control over CC properties.
