Cannot Close Delete Move Text Box ot Margin Cursor is stuck inside
Hi Tried all I can and I cant fix this I Cannot Close Delete Move Textbox or page Margin and Cursor is stuck inside so is a Quote mark i have reinstalled Office 2016 and it makes no Difference and every New page I open has the same affliction if I cut and past it goes with it If I past a new Text box over it then Highlight and delete the other thing remains in situ I purchased Word a long time ago and had trouble from the day one I still have the Key from when I purchased it Online Regards Dasha
I have attached 4 Clips they will speak clearer than words TIA

Exit Word and rename the Normal template. This should eliminate the problem in new, blank documents. For details, see Method 5 in the article at How to troubleshoot problems that occur when you start or use Word - Office | Microsoft Docs.
