I think the only way to achieve what you want - to show more ‘styles’ in the Ribbon, is to use a bigger monitor/screen/display with a high resolution.
You appear to be already using a large widescreen to show a greater selection of your styles. The larger screen allows the Ribbon to be expanded horizontally, to show more content. This content would be hidden in dropdown menus on smaller screens/lower resolutions.

My examples below show Word 2016 on a laptop with a 15.6 inch screen, with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (125% scale) and the same laptop connected to a 55 inch TV with a resolution of 3840 x 2160.

You might be able to see a little more if you have a System Display Scale set above 100% and lowering it down from say 125% to 100% will show everything (globally) smaller on your screen but should effectively expand the Ribbon in Word to show a little more.
The global effect may not be suitable for all applications and your eyesight!.
