Default Random red dot appearing after converting PDF to word document?

Hello,
I created a letterhead for the company I work at in a PDF document. When I convert it to a word document for office use, a single red dot appears in a random spot on the document. I cannot highlight it, and it has nothing to do with grammar or spelling. Has anyone come across this issue before? The dot does not appear on the PDF version, only the word version. How do I get rid of it?
