I have a table like the one in the attachment (about hundred pages long), but I need to convert the text separated by paragraphs into separate columns.
Please let me know how I can do it. Thank you! |

On a copy of the file...
First do a Find and Replace Find ^p Replace with ^t That will convert all the paragraph marks to tabs. Then select the table and go Table Tools Layout tab and choose Convert to Text. While that content is still selected, go to Insert > Table > Convert Text to Table

In my version of Word I had to use ^p to find paragraph breaks.
In order for the plan to work I had to first convert the existing table to text and then convert all the text into a new table. |
