how i insert email link

R-click where you want the link;
Click on Insert Link—see pic 1.

Click on Email Address bottom-left of the dialog you get, and fill in the details;
Click OK.

In Word, the default setting is to convert an e-mail address to an active link, so you should be able to simply type in the address.
