Note that the AUTONUMLGL field is not the same as LISTNUM.

AUTONUMLGL is provided only for backward compatibility reasons.

If the AUTONUMLGL is inserted multiple times in the same paragraph, it will display the same number. See Field codes: AutoNumLgl field - Office Support.
