Something to try:
Go to File > Options > Advanced > Scroll down to the Display section.
Look for Disable hardware graphics acceleration and un-check or check.
Close Word > Restart your machine and re-open Word to see if there is a difference.

I forgot I have found this solution browsing google before,it didn't help thou

P.S.
I did try this again,this time the option was disabled so re enabled,and it seem to work at the moment,thanks,I hope this dosent come back.

A long-term solution may be to update the video driver for your system.
