Default Specify font style in wildcard search

I need to find gene names like B-lym, c-K-ras, and v-abl and convert them to italicized forms like B-lym, c-K-ras, and v-abl. The non-italic portions could use various letters, so I need to use wildcards.

Is there a way to specify roman or italic font in the Find What and Replace With fields?
