Thanks a bunch. I got it done. The document printed correctly by changing format of the existing document.

Some Caveats while printing booklet in Word

1. In Word 2007, the print option is limited. It does not allow your to print "double side manually". I tried giving it pager numbers but even that did not work properly. So use Office 2013 instead.

2. In Word 2013, choose " manual double side printing" if your printer is half duplex like mine. A dialog box will appear right away but do not click. This dialog basically ask to flip over pages. When all pages are done, then put those pages back in the tray and THEN click ok on the dialog. It will print on both sides of the paper.

3. The arrangement works best when pages are multiple of x4 but can print 5 or 6 pages as well, the last pages will print blank.
