As Charles suggests, look in your code. Those two are almost definitely example filenames which need to be removed from your code.

Thank you for your response. I've checked the document I'm testing with and it has no macro's and has no vba code. The only items that are referenced (from the VBA window) are Visual Basic For Applications, Microsoft Word 16.0 Object Library, OLE Automation, Normal and Microsoft Office 16.0 Object Library.

Have you looked in the Normal template? You should also check the Startup folder for any add-ins.
