Hi,
I have tried the methods you suggested and everything works fine. Thanks!

I do have one question.

When I click the submit button it automatically opens Outlook, which for me is great. But what happens if a user doesn't have Outlook installed on their pc?

In the code can I edit it so that it just says "application" rather than "Outlook.application". Or will that not work?
