I have a word file that has header, footer, title, text, tables,etc with specific features (such as special fonts, size, line spacing, etc). Now, I have received other documents that are just a text with above mentioned styling. I need to make the new documents in the style of first one but the problem is that when I copy and paste the text from new one to the old one, it messes (I know different types of paste). What I need is that if I paste the title into the new one, the line spacing, font,size,etc remains the style of the old document and if the title is long, it automatically makes it smaller. How can I do this? (sorry for my bad English)

If your original document has been properly constructed with Styles instead of direct formatting, you could delete all the content, then save the blank document as a Word template. Having done that, you could attach the newly-received documents to that template, via Developer|Document Template>Templates>Attach, and check the 'Automatically update document styles' property. Provided those newly-received documents have used the same set of Styles correctly, their formatting should update to conform to the attached template. No copying/pasting required.

Thanks for the reply. How can I know if it's constructed with Styles?

All Word documents use Styles - it's unavoidable. It's whether they've been used properly that's the issue. One way of knowing whether Styles have been used appropriately is to select a range then press Ctrl-Shift. That will remove any direct formatting applied to the text. Similarly, right-clicking on a paragraph break and choosing Styles>Apply Styles>Reapply will soon show whether the paragraph format is consistent with the underlying Style definition for that paragraph.
