corrected language/Attached samples - blank and completed
Hi Charles, Now that you say that, I realize you are correct. I have been using the wrong terminology. I created a .docx file with text form fields added. Please see attached one of my blank templates and one of the completed samples. Maybe you can help me figure out what is going on and where I took a turn.
