one other thing i didn't mention.

when my friend compiles his own but similar letter and then emails it to me, it arrives as it should for me to read but in perfect structure.

if i then use his letter and add more to a sentence, therefore forcing another line which i have to tab, then the reply letter to him also becomes distorted......
