{ REF _Ref3503013 \h } is an ordinary cross-reference field, so that doesn't give any clues. Can you share the document with the forum? If you click the Go Advanced button at the bottom of the screen, you'll find an option to upload documents as attachments.

well i cannot upload my file,
but i have collected some issues that do not have a sense for me, i would be very pleased if i could learn more for word an extra issue attached for bold heading, when entering the correct font, a number appears in front of those, for some of them it enters at reference fields also,,, any idea why?

Looking at your example document, I can select the whole document and then unlock all the fields with Ctrl+Shift+F11.
Updating the fields will produce error messages, though, presumably because the target bookmarks are missing in your example file.
