Default Issue with hidden picture in Word that is shown when converted to PDF

When I convert the 'ProblematicDocument' from the attachment by using Aspose.Pdf, some hidden red X button is shown, just like in this picture:



So it means there is some hidden element (or so) in the document.

And Aspose.Pdf works perfectly with ALL the other documents, there are no pictures like this shown after it is converted to pdf.

I don't know what is that element and how can I access it?



Please help!!!!
