Default How to suppress the 'Word do you want to start in safe mode' message

Office 2016.

We have Word on a server, sometimes it crashes and when another uses launch Word this message prevents them from doing anything until I log on and click No. How to I stop this message appearing? I tried disabling Safe Mode in the Trust Center settings but it still happens. thanks.
