It's not apparent this really has anything to do with Word. Yes, Word can create labels about the size of a credit card - using the tools found under Mailings|Labels, but it seems to me you need to do nothing more than a basic layout you can take to someone who can produce credit cards and the like. Alternatively, you could print to suitable label stock after setting up the labels as described above, then apply them the business cards which you'd laminate.
