To do these onto plastic cards you would need to phone around the various local print shops in your area.

Your examples don't look as thick as a credit card so it is possible (but a long shot) that your own printer is capable of printing onto mylar or some equivalent stock you could purchase from an office supplies shop. Be very careful though that the heat of your fuser doesn't melt the mylar inside your printer - that would be an expensive mistake to make.
