Moonshine, many, many thanks. I found it just now using a different method.

Ok, got it. This isn't the way I used to do it but how little I care at this point.

Open the Word program, File> Open and all your folders and docs are displayed. Left click on a doc and drag it to the Task Bar (bottom of the screen), not an icon, just to the Task Bar and it is automatically pinned.
