I have designed a form in Word using PS fonts where the headline is in Zapf Humanist Bold and the body copy in other weight versions of the same font. This has been successfully saved as Word document but when attached to an email the headline changes to a random face.
This document is designed to (hopefully) be filled in by the recipient and returned to sender. |

You can never expect a Word document prepared on one computer to look the same when opened on a new computer. Look at both of these articles. I think you will find information you need to help you in the first one.
Make sure that the option to update styles from the template is unchecked in any document you send out. |
