Thanks Charles for coming back.

It's not a form that I've created but rather a document/report template. I've looked at content controls but I'm concerned that if I make it more complicated to use they will find a way around it or discard the template altogether. The target audience are engineers of different disciplines and this report template was an attempt to provide something of a standard format that they could use and make limited changes to while keeping the styles locked down.

But thanks for the pointers. I'll look into those further.
