Smart Art Question

I am trying to do a corporate structure and I want to add in peoples departments personal assistants. When I open up the smart art hierarchical organizational chart it has the PA section indented onto the chart. However I cannot figure out how to do this further down. I have added a photo to help clarify.

SmartArt Tools > Design > Add Shape > Add Assistant
