Not really. There are numerous other things you might try to work around the issue, however. These include:
• reducing the body text paragraph before/after spacing;
• reducing the footnote paragraph before/after spacing;


• reducing the body text line spacing;
• compressing the body text character spacing for the affected paragraph;
• changing the font/point sizes for the body text and/or footnotes;
• moving the footnote reference to earlier in the paragraph, so the footnote stays on that page even if the rest of the paragraph doesn't;
• etc.
