Typing on Lines

I would do it as attached as there is no practical way to achieve what you wanted.

I have put a couple of content controls in the table. You can complete the rest yourself. A simple method is to use https://www.gmayor.com/insert_content_control_addin.htm.

Well after 1/2 hour I can't even fine the content control. Confusing

I'm copying and pasting and that's working but then they all have the same "tag".

Edit: Got it I think. The developer tab wasn't showing, now it's checked and showing.
