Error ind doc: "/word/document.xml, line: 0, column: 0"

Sometimes and really randomly I get this error: "the file cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents" "/word/document.xml, line: 0, column: 0".
Do you have any idea of what might be the cause of this? When I get this error, I just press OK and resave the document (.docm with vba). Then the message is gone and with no errors in the document. Although the document does not mistake anything beyond the message, it is annoying.
