Error window: "Document name or path is not valid"
I'm running Word 2002 (10.6612.6626) SP3 on my Windows 7 64-bit desktop computer.
When I try to call up a specific encrypted DOC file from a thumb drive, I consistently get an error message. (See attachment.) Neither of the message's suggestions have any effect. I have administrative privileges, and Word recognizes and opens other documents on the same thumb drive. Word has accessed this file in the past. I have carefully entered the file's password, so it's unlikely that a wrong password is the cause. Suggestions, please.
