I've created a legacy form, which has several calculated fields and formulas included within it. It is all working great, however, I've now been informed that the form needs to include a list of all employees signature images (currently 5), which can be inserted in a similar way as the Building Block Content Controls work.
All my signatures are stored in a Quick Parts Gallery, in a Global Template and I can't figure out how I can list them within the form, so the the person completing it (usually a secretary) can insert the relevant one. Is it possible to do it without using macros? I guess I could unprotect the form, insert the signature from the QP Gallery and then re-protect it. |
