Paul, Don't forget that I am a neophyte when it comes to macros, etc.
I did not know how to find what Style names Word applies to the text and to the footnote reference at the start of the footnote, except to say that all appeared as Calibri 12 in the new document, both text and foot note. I took a screen shot of the footnote Style if that helps. Could you please edit the Macro if this is enough to work with? If we can get this work I will be extremely grateful - I have 1,000 footnotes! Thank you! Mitavec / Mickey
