Default Auto Entry Names etc Into Document

Hi –
I’m trying to automatically fill in fields in Word.


I write tenancy agreements and have to continually type in the tenant’s names, property address etc several times into the same document.
I would like to open a template and for Word to ask me for the property address, tenant’s name etc at the start and for Word to automatically fill in the fields.
How do I do this?
