I am using Word 2016 and would like to have a red Line as part of Heading Level 1 but to be fixed so that it stays underneath. At the moment all I can do is add a shape and copy/paste when a new one is needed. Basically I need the red line to stay underneath the Heading Level 1, regardless of where the heading level 1 appears. At the moment it moves around. Is there any way to tie it to the Heading Level like the black underline is part of Heading Level 2 or 3?
Thanks |
