I am using Windows 10 Pro, Office 2010 and an Epson XP-630 printer.

In Word I have scrolled all the way down the list of paper sizes and only A3, A4 and A6 are available - not A5

I was unaware that the page sizes are controlled by the printer driver. The Control Panel and other third party and Epson software tell me that the printer driver is up to date.

The paper tray holder of the XP-630 printer has markings on it for A5 paper so I will have to check further into the printer drivere=. I will remove the driver and then reload it to see it things improve.

If you have more than one printer installed, do you have the correct printer set as default?

Now that's the strange point.

I only have one printer, the XP-630 but when I go to ControlPanel/Device&Printers the printer appears twice. Once as "EPSON61E3E9 (XP-630 Series)" and then again as "EPSON XP-630 Series (Network)".

Initially I had the former selected as default and with this setting there was no A5 paper listed in Word.

I then changed the default to the latter and to my surprise the printer works OK (simple test) AND the A5 paper is now included in the lists of paper in Word.

Beats me but I am now happy that I now have my A5 paper.
