I currently produce labels twice a week for sticking on to envelopes.
These may only use 3 or 4 from a sheet of 36. Is there any way I can 'tell' Word that I have used say 3 and get it to print the next new one on label 4? Regards Terry L |

Are these labels produced via a mailmerge, or by some other process?

Output as pdf from an Access database which I can't amend.

In that case, it really has nothing to do with Word and you're limited to what PDF options your Access database output generation procedure supports. Please direct any Access related question to AccessForum.net.

OK understood.
Seems I have option but to live with the issue as I can't modify the Access programs. Regards Terry |
