Word's referencing tools are not fully compliant with most, if not all, of the standards they purport to support. As for your APA blog reference, I believe you should reference it as an electronic source, input the web address against the URL field and supply the day/month/year accessed. You'll need to click the 'show all bibliography fields' option to access these additional fields.
