Default Split sentence at bold word

I'm converting a PDF into Word and one area that converts wrong is an area of Acronyms followed by their definitions.

An example:
IAW—In-accordance with

BTW—By the way
MPG—Mile per gallon PSI—Pound per Square Inch
UPS—Universal Parcel Service DFW—Dallas-Fort Worth
GOP—Grand old Party

In the example, you can see the first two acronyms came out right, but the third/fourth lines are two acronyms in one line.

Results needed:
IAW—In-accordance with
BTW—By the way
MPG—Mile per gallon
PSI—Pound per Square Inch
UPS—Universal Parcel Service
DFW—Dallas-Fort Worth
GOP—Grand old Party

Can the line be separated at the bolded acronym?
