Thank you for the replies. Sadly, that was what I feared would be the outcome.
To be clear: Can I simply use CTRL + A and paste the entire document into a new document without formatting and then format it again page by page? Thanks in advance. PS: Sadly, I couldnīt find the AutoFormat function/formula. Best, Ida |

Are you sure you don't have a version saved from before you started having problems. Recovering that version and then updating by copying from the pdf may be less painful.

Not having a Mac anymore, I can't give exact directions. I'm assuming you do have the ability to modify the QAT. If not, you are out of luck. If you can modify the QAT, in the Windows version, I find the command in the category of Commands Not In the Ribbon. |
