![]() I am using the SET function to add a text string, the text is delimited with "text string". The problem I have is that the text string contains a " because it contains a number depicting inches ("); example below: { SET PRODUCT_NAME "A350LF2 3" WN 150 RF" \* MERGEFORMAT } When I add this filed code using the REF command it only inserts the text up to the 3 and ignores the rest. Is there a way to make it ignore the " in the middle of the text string. I could simply change the " to inches but I would like to use the standard reference text string. |

![]()
Use a pair of single quotes for the 'in'. You also don't need the \* MERGEFORMAT switch - it serves no purpose in a SET field.
